Create Clear, Aligned Actions

To help you move forward on your path to cash without being dragged around this way or that, let’s create an aligned action for you when it comes to money.

What is an aligned action, anyway? It’s one where you, as the business owner, know it’s the right one for you. You may not know exactly the outcome you’ll get, but you know you’re going in the right direction.

When it comes to your path to cash 💵, taking aligned actions also leads to your freedom. The freedom to have more life to enjoy. Having a clear, aligned action isn’t just part of being in business—it’s the only way to run your business.

If you aren’t making the money you desire, ask yourself: Am I doing what I really want to be doing, or am I doing something that doesn’t feel right?

Too many times, business owners (I’ve been there too) are afraid to offer their services—as in, sell them. And no wonder the money isn’t coming in. If that’s you, ask: What am I afraid of? By asking this, you’ll gain clarity. Once you’re clear, you can then align yourself with that.

For example, I was once part of a group business coaching program, and our coach tasked us with creating $10,000.00 in 90 days. I immediately felt sick. I thought, “NO WAY.” Then I asked myself what I was afraid of and realized I didn’t have anything clear to sell.

Because of that, I didn’t feel confident taking any of the steps needed to bring in that cash. So, I got to work and created something I feel extremely proud of and love to sell. Hint: It’s my Aligned Action Intensive VIP Day. 😉

Confidence to Listen to Yourself

See, so often as business owners, we think we have to do something, or someone told us we had to do something. And so, without further thought, we set out to “do it.”

But it doesn’t turn out like it did for someone else, or it doesn’t feel right to us, and we wonder, What’s wrong with me? What did I do wrong?

I’m here to tell you, you did nothing wrong.

What you did do is listen to someone outside yourself. And to be fair, I am also that someone outside yourself. What I’m doing is offering something for you to consider. And what I’ve found in my years of coaching women business owners is that they often do something because they thought they had to, or someone told them they had to do it to get where they wanted to go.

You—and only you—know what is best for you and your business. A true business coach never tells a client what they should or should not do. They help the client know what is best for them and then support them in moving in that direction.

Take a moment and think about a time when you knew, without a doubt, the answer to a question you had or a solution to a problem. Got it? Great.

How do you feel? Is there a certain “knowing”—like you just knew, without a doubt, that was the answer or solution? I’m sure there was. And so I want you to remember that and tap into it every single time you make any decisions (business or personal).

This is how you build the confidence to listen to yourself.

Working with Your Aligned Action Plan

Once you have the clarity and the confidence to do what you know to be true for you and your business, it’s just a matter of laying out your vision, creating the plan, and taking those aligned action steps in the order you know will get you to your end result.
